Recently moved house

Recently moved home in Wales , new house is still in Wales , but my default regional programming is from England ( bbc point west)  etc. finally found a real person to talk to , the only thing they could do was to arrange for an engineer to come to the house , can't believe they can't do that remotely .

@DaveE3  Sounds like they are wasting the time if the installer as they can't do anything to the box that would change your region.

 

The regions are normally postcode based, did the region change when you moved at all?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thank you for your reply ,  that's what I thought , post code has changed from sy21 to sy22 but still only 20miles apart.
