Hi @GalwayTown, did you get this resolved? We recently had a dish break in bad weather and got a new one put on the back of the house instead of the roof. Since then, RTE2 is the only channel that seems to have patchy signal?
Does the engineer call out cost? Hoping there's a way I can change setting or a coax cable and fix it myself?

Just in case you aren’t aware Sky no longer support faults/issues with Sky+ / Sky+HD although they may offer advice on the phone. You may have to call out a local satellite company (at your own expense), unless you already have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance. Sky will advise you to move to Sky Q whereby all issues will be resolved as part of the installation. You could also consider Sky Glass or Stream but fully research them first.

Sorry forgot to specify, I am already with Sky Q and this problem is still happening just on RTE2. Every other channel is fine, how is that possible?
