Has anyone found a fox for this that enables use of sound bar and sky Q with Samsung tv? My parents are unable to access sky on their Samsung tv because of this issue

You'll have to give more details particularly around the model of soundbar/tv and how they are connected.  (Pass thru soundbar or eARC)

Hold down the power button down for 30/40.seconds.

I havea Samsung TV and sound bar.
