Q box continually disconnects from wifi
Our q box continually loses WiFi and then reconnects. Our WiFi is fast, >250mb/s), but apps on our Q continually hang and are slow. When looking at the network settings, we can observe that it loses connectivity and then establishes it without human intervention.
all other devices in our home do not have low issue with the WiFi. We have reset our router, reset the wifi settings on the Q box, as well as resetting the box as well to no avail. The performance doesn't match the WiFi speed we have - lots of hanging screens and broken streaming
this is highly frustrating and our experience doesn't seem to be isolated. What advice do Sky give in these circumstances beyond what we have already done?

Have you got minis?
Have you got a Sky Q Booster?

Re: Q box continually disconnects from wifi
Thanks for your response; no mini or sky booster. The box is about 8ft from the router... the router itself is a BT halo router and wr have a few boosters for that around the house

Re: Q box continually disconnects from wifi
Similar setup to mine which I never managed to resolve. I ended up with a BT disc connected to the Q via ethernet and piggybacking its wifi.
another option if they're that close together, would be a direct ethernet cable but then you need to hide it.
