Good day. I am inquiring whether any users have experienced a technical fault with their Sky Q service today. The issue reportedly began around 16:45, where a channel paused during a break, subsequently displaying a technical fault message. Attempts to access other channels resulted in the same error. Cable connections and the external dish have been confirmed to be functioning correctly. Despite further attempts, the issue persists, with a blank screen appearing. The broadband and hub are operational. As a temporary measure, Freeview is currently in use, with plans to switch to Netflix later this evening.

Hi does anyone have a technical fault showing up when having Sky Q on today? It 1st occurred around 16:45? A channel was on and it paused on the break? Then came up saying there was a technical fault? Tried other channels same error coming up. Cable connections are fine outside dish perfectly fine? Tried again tonight still nothing blank screen... Broadband and hub working fine... Free view currently on and will switch to Netflix tonight then...

Acknowledged. Despite experiencing two power-down events last night, the system has resumed normal operation this morning. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.

Hi @CHXHQ   You are having an issue with your setup. It is impossible to say that the dish is fine without the proper diagnostic equipment. I would contact Sky technical support. There are no general problems with Sky.
