No signal

For more than a week, since window replacement work took place, my Sky Q dish is not receiving a signal, and when it has worked, it has behaved like Freeview and giving me blocky, glitchy pictures on quite a few channels. I don't want to spend a fortune on phoning Sky so want to know if they have Sky engineers in your own home town?

Sounds like your dish was knocked during the window installation...

Ultimately you'll need to contact Sky: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal

Calls shouldn't cost a fortune as they are 03 prefix.

Thank you for your helpful reply. I telephoned Sky the other day and they've arranged to "raise a ticket" and are calling me on Tuesday between 10 and 11am to arrange an engineer to come out and hope this will be fairly soon.
