Hello, Can someone clear up whether or not Freesat from Sky is still avalable to EXISTING customers please? I currently have a Sky Q 4k box but may want to down grade due to financal cercamstances.

Freesat from Sky is (was) a product for Sky+. The equivalent for Sky Q is TV Essentials. It's broadly similar, I believe, but there is a monthly,subscription.
