My sky q box has to be reset every day I want a engineer to fix this please

This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here.

You had added to a thread on the Sky+ board which Sky no longer supports so as you've mentioned having Sky Q  I have moved it across. 

What time of day are you having to do this (to eliminate it being a standby settings issue)?
