Why? You've already been informed in this thread that Sky have been made aware of the issue & they are working on it.

I too have this problem and radio 4 extra can no longer be recorded. I have updated the software without the problem being resolved.  As I use my mini box as a

A dab radio , very poor radio reception in this area this means many programmes missed.

Thanks Daniel. Good to know I am not the only one. Hopefully sky will sort this soon. To quote someone else, radio has better pictures than TV. 🥴

I'm having the same problem.  Since yesterday lunchtime, the radio channels in the guide have all completely disappeared.  Please advise.

@SallyF4 it is a known problem that Sky are aware of and are investigating it

I have the same problem, only happened in the last few days, have tried a reset but still not showing radio information.

I have the same problem, all radio program information is blank.

I cannot even record a live radio program.

This needs to be fixed as soon as possible please.

I had a message from sky this morning to say it is a wide spread issue, they are on the case but no indication of when it will be fixed.

No radio listings on my sky Q box. Spoken to Sky & still not resolved the problem. .

I spoke to Sky this morning and was assured the problem of no radio listings on my sky Q box would be rectified by teatime today. But it hasn't. 

I feel we pay a lot for sky & I'm really not happy as I'm unable to record any radio station.

...but in the contract:

 

"You will also be able to receive over 200 non-subscription TV and radio channels" and "Non-subscription channels are not offered by Sky and their availability is outside Sky’s control. Sky will not be liable if they or any of their content is withdrawn or changed".

 

So you don't pay for them...  (they are 'bonus content' really)
