Radio programme information missing?

My Sky Q box is no longer showing any programme information for any radio channel, which makes selecting a programme to record very difficult.  According to Sky, programme information for the next seven days should be displayed. Is anyone else having this problem?

There is no programme information for any radio station, including BBC

The TV guide is not showing any radio programmes I've turned the box off and rebooted it but it's still not showing any radio listings is it the box or something else?

I have Sky Go and there is no information in the programme guide for any listed radio station. I have tried switching off/on, checked software downloads, preferences set to "eco". If you select a radio channel you can still find out on screen information about the programme on the channel. This problem started yesterday!

so, I am completely unable to get any listings for bbc radio 4 extra on my sky q box.

this is a recent thing, because I am always recording shows from it (especially comedy club)

if I speak in to the controller the radio 4 show I'm after, it will come up but it won't let me record it

any ideas?

I have this problem too. Ive reset my box twice but still nothing for the radio cgannels

I have been having the same problem since yesterday. I turned my box off and on, and still no radio listings.

no radio guide for 2 days switched sky q box off and restarted no difference unable to record radio programmes
