RTE One and TG4 not available

Hi There, we just lost access to RTE One and TG4 two weeks ago. Is it true that Sky Q no longer airs them? Still have RTE 2 access. Has anybody been able to resolve this?

Thanks @Deedee36 for your response. I thought I had replied but can't see it now. 

There is a black screen saying 'No Satelite Signal' and when you click in the screen goes blue with a longer banner message saying  there is no signal.

I rang Sky last week and they told me they no longer have the rights to broadcast Irish TV channels as of last December but we can still view RTE 2. It is only RTE One and TG4 that we can't access. I have tried resetting the box with no luck.

 am still get rte 2 though,I've got sky glass and know both Rte channels are available on that in Northern Ireland so I'm not sure what to advise only maybe another phone call to sky just to check if the information you have been given is correct
