RIP off

Recently cancelled sky multi room, and found that I can't access my recordings on my sky Q box with the sky go app, they are charging £15 a month, in my opinion it should be part the basic cost. It's enough to make me quit sky entirely

Hi @FleetwoodPhil   It is not called Multiroom, it is called Multiscreen. Sky Go is another screen.

I think they're unlikely to do anything about it, but you could try emailing in a complaint that this wasn't clear when you cancelled.

What response are you wanting? In order to watch recordings on multiple screens (including screens via Sky Go) you require Multiscreen.

Not sure how you expect to watch Sky on another screen (Sky GoApp) when you've just cancelled "Multiscreen" - the enabler for that function!

You don't need multiscreen to use Sky Go.  

You can still stream content directly on Sky Go without it - you just lose the ability the stream recordings from a main Q box.
