RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement)

Hi 

I have a Sky Q installation/upgrade booked at a flat within a managed residential block. The Sky engineer needs access to the communal satellite/IRS system. My building management company will not permit access to the communal equipment until Sky provides the engineer's RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement).

I need this documentation sent to me or directly to the building management company before the engineer attends.

Please can you help me understand who I can contact at Sky to get this document.

@Has4 you'll need to contact Customer Services. However, I doubt they'll provide the statement your management company wants.
