You need to be aware that you are not contact SKY Customer services here - just other custmers
Anyway, if you log in to SKY.com or use the MYSKY app and go to 'My Products', each element that you are in a minimum contract for should show the date that you are in full contract to *^& cannot cancel without penalty.
After that you remain in contract until you cancel (usually with 31 days notice)
