My TV is stuck on the wrong source. There is no signal because it is on Ext. I can’t move it to HDMI

There is no signal as the source is on Ext. when I press the arrow button on the SKy remote to move the source to HDMI nothing happens.

@Louise+Woki Have you thought to use the TV's actual remote rather than the Sky remote??

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Is your Q remote correctly paired to your TV?

@Louise+WokiAs well as using your TV's controller depending on your TV you may be able to turn off all inputs except the ones you are using, I can on mine it is a Toshiba.
