Hi, my mini box is not connecting to my sky plus box or my router.... I've followed all the instructions given on the screen... have turned the router off and then.on, same for my mini box and the sky.plus box.

But. , it keeps doing it,

Can someone help.pls

@Suffsteve1 you mention a Sky + box but do you actually mean a Sky Q box as mini boxes were never designed to connect to the old Sky+ boxes 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
