Sky Q box failing
not recording
not responding to remote control
constant on screen technical fault messages
poor connection to Netflix iPlayer etc screen freezes
have rebooted q box
have rebooted internet hub
has been problem for a while
is getting worse
will not even connect to live tv channels now
'feels like' is a hardware issue
box is in constant use
please help

@Stuart60 you could try the following :
Try a Reset Settings in the hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Scroll down to Reset
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you may have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
Failing that it's probably time to call Sky for an engineer and possible box replacement.
