Qbox cable connectors
I want to shorten my cable, But I can't get a connctor to fit the cable. my cable says car63 dual 250 caracal 060 meter.
but the connectors i've bought are wrong size. Either the inner shieth hole is too big or the plug won't go over the outer plastic or won't crimp. Has anyone any suggestions please?

That's the satellite twin coax cable is it not? You're looking for Coax F screw on RG6 plugs.

Re: Qbox cable connectors
I believe a standard F connector won't necessarily fit an individual strand of 'mini-shotgun' cable.
@Godfrey may be able to advise.

I think SKY use WF65 or similar - so if you search for F-Connectors for WF65, I think you should be OK.
RG6 is closer to the thicker WF100 which SKY don't use for most installs

Yes, apparently the RG6 are only used for particularly long runs of the thicker coax cable. My bad.
