QBox internet connection

We have Sky Q box and 1 mini box, broadband is with Vodafone, all worked perfect until 2 weeks ago.  The network on the Q box keeps dropping, I reconnect (having to key in the password every time), it works for a while then drops again.  All other devices in the house, including the TV are working fine with the Vodafone broadband.  I've gone trough all the resets from the help section on both the router, Q Box and mini box but have now completely lost the Sky connection on the mini box.  The satellite signal is working fine on the Q Box.

Hi @Goirtin Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with any Mini boxes?

@Quoman7  Thank you for your reply, I have already tried this without success. An engineer visit is booked to sort out the issue.

I've been getting the same issue with my Sky Q and Sky Mini boxes, did they find a resolution?
