Q system losing connection

We have 2 mini boxes. One of the boxes is connected by Ethernet as it is too far from the Q box to work on wifi. This box keeps freezing up and we also keep having to reset the Q box as it's losing its broadband connection. We reset the router and after a few attempts it all connects again. It's quite frustrating as happening a few times a week and sometimes multiple times a day. Any ideas?

You say one of the minis is connected by Ethernet.   To what is is connected?

Also who is your Broadband supplier?

thank you for replying. 
The mini box is connected to the router by Ethernet and Sky provide our broadband. We have just recently upgraded to full fibre.
