Q replacement

I've not been active on here for a while, just popping on occasionally to see what is happening here and there. I have a question - has there been any news regarding a replacement of the Q box. It has been out for quite a while now, and I sort of expected SKY to move over to internet broadcasting - like the Glass service but without the associated TV I.e. a 'box' connected to your own TV. Any rumours or knowledge?

is that the idea behind SKY Stream?

Sky Stream has been active for a number of years. Similar to Sky Glass but without Sky providing a TV.

Sky Stream was released alongside Sky Glass in October 2021, and as a standalone product (not requiring a Glass television purchase) exactly one year later.

Coincidentally the products went on sale three years ago today (Friday 18th)
