Re: Q - catch up BBC issue
It's available in the iPlayer app, under Categories, then Northern Ireland.

Re: Q - catch up BBC issue
Yes but all the other channels are available in the main catch up menu without going to the app. They only removed BBCNI. I don't like using the app as it's slow to load, picture quality seems poorer and fast forward and rewind functions not as good. I get BBC may be nudging people onto the app but Sky must have made the decision to unlist BBCNI from the menu of channel options when they still show BBC Scotland and others which is what I'm annoyed about.

I doubt it's Sky's decision. They don't own the content.

Re: Q - catch up BBC issue
You'd be surprised how often NI customers get forgotten when changes are made to services.

BBC One Scotland and BBC One Wales aren't listed either, just the separate BBC Scotland/Alba channels and the Welsh language S4C. Northern Ireland doesn't have an equivalent channel.

Catchup on Q
Why has Sky changed / made impossible BBC Catch up on Q ?
When I search for recent programmes - they are hard to locate...
I used to go to BBC/ Day / and there was a list there
Now - nothing !!

hi @Wibbly-Woo
As you will see I have moved your post onto one already discussing changes to BBC Catch up content.
As others have mentioned here, we think it will be the BBC's decision who are keen to move customers to using iPlayer

Re: Q - catch up BBC issue
We have a BBC One and Two NI so have a similar set up to Scotland. We used to be able to filter Catch Up for regional content made for our local chanells.
I think people here are cutting Sky too much slack. Very much doubt BBC stopped them offering the option for NI when it's allowed for the other regions. Much more likely we got forgotten since NI category viewer figures would be lower relative to other regions. If not an oversight then Sky obviously not concerned with catering to all regions of the UK. Either way it's very bad for a whole region of their customers.

BBC Live channels and recordings are only available for customers with SKY Multiscreen and the SKY Go device on the same network as the SKY Q box (i.e. at home)
BBC channels & catch up are otherwise not available via SKY Go as the BBC want users to use iPlayer

I do subscribe to Multiscreen and my gear is all on one network
So you are blaming BBC for this ?

All I see is a BBC Scotland (and Alba) and S4C link to iPlayer. No local regional filter. Do BBC treat NI the same as the English regions (in which case maybe we've all lost that at the same time) or did there used to be a specific channel like Scotland?

Northern Ireland isn't being forgotten about or treated any differently.
Non of the national BBC One/Two channels are listed on the BBC's Sky menu.
The channels listed are BBC Scotland (not the same as BBC One Scotland), BBC Alba (Gaelic) and S4C (Welsh). So Scottish and Welsh viewers are in exactly the same boat as Northern Ireland with no shortcut to see their local BBC One/Two programmes.
