We got a new remote from yourselves for our sky q box. Sync them together no issues.
Switched the box off at the walk the next day the remote control wasnt working at all , we have lost all of our recordings and purchased films over the years. The q box no longer has the blue light on at the front anymore.
we can still watch tv but now have to use an old remote that we have for our mini box in the kitchen

@Dwayne11 Do you get any error messages on screen
Try rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
Any purchases can be downloaded again to your box so these will not be lost forever
