Q box remote not working

The remote for my Sky Q box has suddenly stopped working. New batteries, turned of everything (Q box, TV and router) rebooted everything and still remote and Q box not talking to each other. Can't think of anything else I can do, all help appreciated

Hi @HighlandT   Have you tried resetting your remote? Hold down 7 & 9 until the LED flashes 4 times. It should now be in IR mode so line of sight to the box is required. If this works, re-pair the remote by holding down 1 & 3 and follow on the instructions on screen.

Hi, yes have tried that (looked up on help) but no go!

Hi @HighlandT   Okay, follow Sky Q remotes help to the end and it will lead you to requesting a free replacement remote. In the meantime try using the many Sky Q Remote Apps or Sky Go on IOS.

Tried again as first time was before I rebooted everything. Now working, thank you!
