Hi, I have had to reset my hard drive twice with in the passed month which means I have lost , recording and kept items etc. I would like to know does my SkyQ box needed renewed if this keeps happening ? obviously I am not very happy that everything is wiped from the hard drive!!

Hi @SF52 That is a decision you need to make with Sky. They will swap out your box. We can't say it offen enough, please remember to keep your viewing card, and swap the power lead with the box.
