Q box not working with remote

Renewal of identical package however the 2nd Q box not receiving no signal.

Presumably you mean you're seeing a message on your mini box? Is it ”No signal” which tends to be a message from your TV (in which case check the cables going to the TV), or a “no satellite signal” message relating to your Sky box?
