Sky Q constantly disconnecting so annoyed w it now . Keep getting a message saying problem please reset or use a booster

I'm thinking of cancelling my subscription. I asked a question and it wasn't answered now I'm told because I didn't engage. This problem w skyQ consistently disconnects. What can I do to get a result?
