Cannot watch any recording on my main box or my mini box

my main box will not allow me to watch any recordings or able to watch catch up or on demand  also my extra box mini sky q box 

Will not connect at all to the Internet this as been like this for three day you are quick enough taking £137 per month from me yet I cannot watch anything
