Hi hope someone can tell me I've had a Q box fitted a few weeks ago seems ok but my channel shows BBC1 not BBC1 HD how can I change this to HD ? There's a big stupid sign on BBC1 which won't go off tell people to switch to BBC1 HD. Thanks Sandra

check the system settings to make sure it's on the latest firmware (Q.230) and power it off and on at the wall (or hold the power button with the light for 20 seconds to restart it), sometimes straightens out the TV Guide. BBC1 HD will be on there at the moment but in the wrong channel number.
