Hi, I'm an existing sky broadband and mobile customer and trying to purchase sky entertainment and sports. When I'm asked for the first 2 digits of my account number to proceed it won't accept them. Phoned the number shown on screen but was directed to this chat. Can anyone support? Thanks
To order Sky Q (where you've posted) you have to call Sky. You can no longer order it online. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline or your Sky mobile.
