Purchasing an additional sky q mini box

How can I purchase an additional sky q mini box? Have searched Sky's website and cannot find. Do they not make them anymore? Ours got wet as we were watching tv outside and didn't realise it was going to rain overnight Monday 😂

Btw, the helpful chatbot thing directed me to the Sky Helpline and the telephone number is incorrect!

Hi @benkaz  Additional Mini boxes are available to request on the MySky app under offers and also on the Sky Q box under My Sky. Note, you cannot purchase them, they are provided on loan for a one off non-returnable admin fee

@benkaz You may also be charged for allowing your existing Sky owned mini box to get wet.

I managed to find a telephone number that worked, I'm getting it replaced for free! £15 credit for the inconvenience, and 2 years sky cinema for free! 🤷‍♀️

I would suggest keeping an eye on future bills as a deal of free Sky Cinema for the entire 24 months is definitely not the norm. Maybe free for first two months only.
