I want to know how to stomp prompt that comes up on my sky

@Leah73  What does the prompt say, are you sure it's from the Sky Q box and not your TV?

 

If you advise what the message says the community can advise.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Leah73   What prompt, what exactly does it say. Prompts are normally from the TV and not the Sky Q box.

Typically messages generated from a television set need to be actioned, modified or removed using the television remote control rather than a Sky handset.
