Programmes failing to record,, keep getting technical error come up, box keeps whirling & freezing
Programmes failing to Record,, When watching a recorded programme it comes up as technical error & blank screen,,, box keeps whirling & freezing ... also on recorded programmes says its timed out, but if I turn off/on box it rectifies ... but rarely now ...

Sounds like the hard drive is failing. Probably worth ringing Sky and asking for a replacement box.
