Programme unavailable message on SkyQ Mini box TV

I am unable to view programmes via my SkyQ Mini box. Home page is present but "Programme unavailable " message is displayed. Connection to SkyQ box is good as is the network connection - broadband and Internet both fine. Needless to say I have restarted the SkyQ and Mini boxes numerous times but to no avail. Any solutions?

Hi @CGB 

I'm sure you are aware that UHD content is not viewable on Q mini boxes.

What menu are you viewing when you see the message?

Just normal HD - no programmes are available - BBC, ITV, Sky, the whole lot...

hi @CGB 
In the main Q box Home menu have you checked in Settings - Status to ensure Watch on Sky Q Mini box is ticked.

If so,  have you carried out a Network reset on the mini box?

Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).

If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box. If you do this make sure you press the Sky router WPS button and not the router reset button. If you have the new Sky Max router then you need to connect the WPS to the main Q box.

Yes, I've done all that before and no joy - and just tried again for completeness and again no progress.
