Products missing

I was with you my contact ended 

I spoke to a sales person and stated another 2 years with you .

I was told I will have everything I have now but netflix is missing this time from my subscription

If this negotiation was over the phone you'll need to contact Sky again to discuss, whereby they can listen to the original call and hear what was said and agreed.
