Problems with Sky Q mini box

When we try to access the home page on our mini box we just get a black screen escept for the small live TV box which can be found in the top left of the page.  There is no way to get to any settings, recedings or apps as these option just do not appear.  The box will change chanels on the normal TV viewing pages, but the box that would normally appear on the bottom left of the screen giving deatils of the chanel selected when changing chanels does not appear.


We have tried rebooting the main Q box and the mini box to no avail.
