I have BT Broadband with Sky router directly connected into the BT Router. Sky Q Box in lounge and Sky Mini Box directly above in Main Bedroom. There is also a Sky booster box in Main Bedroom. We have had these boxes several years.
The Problem. In the last week the reception has been unstable e.g. suddenly freezing, messages saying 'there is a problem with this channel try later', unable to access recorded programs. Also the Mini Box upstairs keeps dropping off the Sky network and won't connect even though I place the Sky Booster right next to it - with the Booster showing full connection. Help - I'm so frustrated with rebooting and rebooting as directed and still having problems that I'm now considering giving up my contract - we have been using I-Player, TNT, and others which are much more stable in the meantime.
