Problems setting up Disney +

I am following all the guidance on accessing Disney + on Sky and the messages I on TV reflect that it should all be set up but when I try actually to go into the Disney app I keep being asked for a subscription. Help, please.

I can't access the front from the Sky employee. I sent my account details plus screen shots but now I can't get back to this thread.
