All channels on my Sky Q mini box display the message: "Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on this box. Otherwise, If you're using this box for the first time, please wait a few minutes." My main Sky Q box appears to be working fine.
My Sky Q Mini box is connected to my Sky Q box and I pay for multiscreen. I have tried re-activating the mini box on both the mini box itself and the main Sky Q box. I have also tried rebooting both my Sky Q box and Sky Q mini box, as well as resetting both, but still no luck.
Can someone help please. Thanks.

Hello, Spoke to Sky support and they had to reset things and "force the signal" whatever that means. Things are working normally now.
