This error message comes up on Sky Movies. The TV just shows a pixelated picture of the last channel and sound mixed of the two

Download the movie instead (You have to for UHD). You get a higher bit rate and any dish alignment issues are not an issue...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
