Problem with the hard drive

I press the control handset to turn on the Q Box. Doesn't work. New batteries in control set. Doesn't work. Switch off at wall and unplug. Wait a few mins and try again. Sometimes works but generally doesn't work. Message comes up saying 'problem with your hard drive disk'. 

I guess that I need a replacement Q Box.
