Problem with system message

All of a sudden I'm having problems accessing recordings, catch up, downloading etc, then when I'm on a recording if I fast forward it seems to be frozen, not being able to change channels, last night I had to reset it twice, I now have a blue screen that is frozen again!!! The message coming up is a problem with the system, I phone and this is where I've ended up 🙄

Hi @NC04LAG   It doesn't sound good. You need to persevere by phone. This is a community of customers.
