Problem with sky remote

Pressed 7 and 9 and 1 and 3 and now remote won't connect

Hi @NL10   Was there any particular reason why you reset your remote. Note, the 1 & 3 requires line of sight to the box.

hi @NL10 

After you reset the remote using 7 & 9 you must make sure the remote has line of sight of the box until it is re-paired
