I can only get a few sky channels and it says problem with satellite signal. Checked satellite signal and it says its good, checked sky dish and it looks fine but have changed broad band from superfast download so don't know if this is the problem.

Hi @Falcontoo Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.
