Problem with one SkyQ Mini Boxes

I have 3 SkyQ Mini Boxes, One box will not load Netflix, it just swirls, so I have swapped this box with another in the house and the "faulty" box will still not work, in fact, it will not connect now to the main box. The swapped mini box is wortking fine as it does the 3rd box, and main box. 

I believe that this Mini Box is faulty and needs replacing.

@BW70  You're not contacting Sky customer services via the forum, no one here could send any replacement equipment.

 

You would need to call Sky if you think the Q mini is faulty.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
