Problem with my apps

@KevNewMedia  Even though I've not got new update yet I'd still like to bring some issues to your attention my 5 app is awful it does nothing and doesn't play anything plus bbc iplayer is having issues the last few days for iplayer I've had to update apps and restart my gen 1 glass tv to get iplayer to work Today included

In terms of the problem with your apps, there's a new help process that you can follow for this. Here are the steps🙂

@KevNewMedia  BBC I player is working again this morning so no need to do anything where's my post been moved to can't find it be handy to put the steps on that page as well and pin the page so it's at the top for easy access if more issues occur if I only use close apps how do I open them again I will only use reinstall as a last resort so only want to use close apps section nothing else
