Problem with discoveryplus

I cant watch discoveryplus on my tv even tho I have tnt package with sky I have linked disc plus and sky successfully and still cant Wath it says upgrade subscription any help

@Driver5556 is it just the TNT Sports content you can't watch on discovery + or is it all content?

Hi it's on sky q .hi can't watch anything on discoveryplus. Just says upgrade my subscriptions. Even tho I've linked successfully both my sky and disc app .?

I've got same problem. Subscribe to tnt through sky but still cant watch tnt content on the discovery +app

Well I contacted discovery last month and they kept saying they got no proof that I'm a tnt sports subscriber through sky . 
They then asked me to provide a screenshot of my sky bill containing tnt sports which I then provided.

Then they activated it on there end but I recently found out that all they did was apply a 2 week temporary good will pass on the account and now it's expired and I'm back to square one and it's gone off again .

I only really watch them live so I can do that with Sky Q and Sky Go.
