Problem with Satellite Signal. How do I get an engineer to come out?

I cannot get a Satellite signal anymore. It was working earlier today, but not anymore.  What can I do to resolve this please?

Just to make you aware, if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
