Hi, I just went to go into the Netflix app in my Sky Box and it says my membership has ended, even though I have the ultimate tv add on through Sky.
I click to restart my membership and when I add my login details it says 'I already have Netflix with Sky and speak to the owner of the Netflix account' but I am the owner of the Netflix account.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
