Problem redeeming VIP reward

I had aproblem when trying to redeem a VIP reward in the MySky app (six months free Paramount+). I got as far as entering email and password, and credit card details, then a pop up from my bank caused an interruption to the registration process, and as a result I now have an email address and password registered with Paramount+ (I got an email from them to confirm).and when I go back to the MySky app Rewards section, it says "redeemed", but I don't have access to Paramount+. If I log into Paramount+ on my Sky Q box, it logs me in but says there's no active subscription on this account. If I click on Get Paramount+, then it says "today's payment £6.99", so clearly the free offer hasn't been applied. So, is there a way of resetting the app? And starting the process again?  Any suggestions gratefully received.

Hi I have the same problem I emailed paramount+ and was told the code has been attached to a different email .. I think a scam is happening here ?

Not sure what email address you used, but Sky don't normally communicate via email

I spent 45 minutes on the phone spoke to 3 people and they did nothing to help me 1 started talking about checking my broadband and if i need a engineers when I didn't even mention anything about my broadband. 1 guy spoke to.me for over 25mins even sent him a screenshot of my vipapp saying my 6 months paramount+ is redeemed and  then passed me to someone who didn't even deal with these kind of problems.

Forgot to add it wasn't the 3rd man I spoke to fault he was just passed to me for some strange reason. Wouldn't give him any blame

After a long phone conversation with three Sky agents, and several emails to Paramount+ and a text conversation with @SkyHelpTeam on Twitter/X , I wasn't able to get the six month offer. There was the possibility mentioned that I may be offered a free trial of Sky Cinema (which includes Paramount+), but nothing has yet appeared, and I won't be holding my breath. Ultimately I used a different email address, and tried again, which gave me just a 7 day free trial of Paramount +. I will then cancel. The offer has now expired.
